If there’s a problem with your order I can offer a refund. All we ask if that your order is returned within 14 days of receipt and that it is in brand new, undamaged condition.

How to Return Your Order

If you’d like to make a return, please first contact me at mrwillgeorgeknight@hotmail.co.uk to let me know.

Refunds

I’ll process refunds as soon as I have received your order back in brand new, undamaged condition.

I will refund the total amount of your purchase minus the our original shipping cost.

If you are making a return because I made a mistake with your order we will refund the original shipping cost too.

Return Postage Costs

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to me, however if I’ve made a mistake with your order, I will cover this cost.

Please ensure that returns are packaged securely and you choose a reliable shipping method (we recommend Royal Mail) as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
